I'm going to teach you my signature mental exercise, Stop & Shift, to help you create space from your thoughts. It's like doing burpess for your brain! The more you do this the stronger your mind will become. 

We can’t completely eliminate stressful thoughts or feelings from our lives, but you can change your relationship with them. And this is where the journey begins.
