At 29, I hit rock bottom. I suddenly became a widow when my husband died tragically, I lost my car, my house, and my job—all within a year. It was only when I discovered mental strength training that I was able to piece myself back together. Learning to build a healthy mindset completely changed my life and now I help my clients (and audiences) do the same.
