I'M ALSO NO STRANGER TO LIFE'S CURVEBALLS...

When my husband died suddenly and tragically, I set off on a downward spiral that almost consumed me for good. My life was a mess, I was a mess, and I was in so much pain that I was living on autopilot. In one year, I lost my husband, my car, my house, my job, and so much more.

At just 29 years old, I felt completely and utterly stuck and, honestly, ready to give up. But my 2-year-old son needed me to do more than just hang in there—he needed me to thrive.

I rebuilt my life by letting go of perfectionism and surrendering to the flawed, human messiness that is life.

I opened my mind, my heart, and my arms to let the light in; I stopped overthinking and started living.

In the process, I created a life I love.

SO I MADE AN INTENTIONAL CHOICE,

I stopped wishing for things to be “just right” and started embracing my WHOLE life - tragedy, imperfections, challenges and all.

🌱 I started making better decisions,

🌱 I learned to manage my anxiety,

🌱 I stopped feeling sorry for myself,

🌱 I rebuilt my confidence,

🌱 I started my business,

🌱 I got healthier, and became a better mom,

🌱 I gave a TEDx talk,

🌱 I reclaimed my life.

And while it might sound too good to be true, once I realized the power of mindful choices the switch was instant...

My big, bold mission is to pour into each person I reach with the mental skills and practical tools that support healthy thinking, lead to positive actions, and build meaningful lives that ripple out into the world.

I teach people how to take charge of their thoughts and actions, enabling them to develop a growth mindset and live a stress-free, joy-filled life.

Because the undeniable truth is, when you choose to be better, you make the people around you better, and the world a little better, too.
