I know what it’s like to have your world flipped upside down—I was widowed at 29. First it was the grief that nearly broke me. Then there was the overwhelm of being a single parent and the stress of running a business.
If it weren’t for Stop & Shift, I don’t know where I would be today.
But when I took responsibility for my healing, my growth, and my mindset, I suddenly found myself rebuilding a beautiful, purposeful life.
